Bingham McHale has a rich history dating to 1912, when James Bingham opened his first law office. More than 95 years later, the firm is a full service law firm comprised of 140 attorneys with a broad client base and is the fourth largest firm based in Indiana. The core of the Firm's clients are privately held businesses and the individuals associated with those businesses. The firm also frequently represents nationally and regionally known companies, as general, local or special counsel. National clients and law firms regularly call the Firm to render advice on Indiana law. With a significant political history, the firm has a strong reputation among municipalities and other political subdivisions throughout the state. We also offer our clients a depth of experience in nearly every area of civil practice.

The steady growth in our client base has generated substantial increases in our legal staff in the last decade.
