Pro Bono

Bingham McHale is the only firm in Indiana to participate in the Anti-Defamation League's Summer Associate Research Program. The program is run by the ADL's Greater Chicago/Upper Midwest Regional office and gives participating summer associates the opportunity to research topics of particular interest to ADL, including immigration, international issues, hate speech and civil rights, religious freedom, and reproductive choice. The participating summer associates are assigned a specific topic and provide a memorandum to ADL. Other firms participating in the Summer 2008 Program included Drinker Biddle & Reath, Foley & Lardner, Greenberg Traurig, Jenner & Block, Jones Day, Kirkland & Ellis, Reed Smith, and Sonnenschein Nath & Rothstein.

Summer associates at Bingham McHale also have opportunities to participate in the firm's active pro bono projects.
